Technical - Maintenance

JOB SCOPE

  • Establishes channels for clear communication with all service providers (depending on the business), Air Serbia MCC and local airport managers, which will be reported in regular monthly reports
  • In order to reduce delays at all stations, considers technical points in collaboration with service providers and airport staff in order to determine as accurately as possible delay codes and preventive measures
  • Takes care of economical business at foreign stations and assists management in identifying areas in which savings can be achieved within the annual budget and operating costs reduced during the business year
  • Increases the degree of compliance with legislation to increase the number of audits with no detected irregularities
  • Conducts regular internal audits and makes sure that all irregularities are reported and resolved in a satisfactory manner within a month
  • Proposes corrective actions following the results of the audits and helps the line manager close the audit and achieve one hundred percent timely closure
  • Maintains up-to-date contacts with all service providers, through the agency for reception and dispatch at each station
  • Keeps records of contact persons of leading airlines that operate towards airports in the region in case of a need for hangar space during the ground time of the aircraft, and a list of technical service providers in case of diversion of aircraft to other stations in the region
  • Helps solve cases of grounded aircraft by providing support to local engineers in solving problems and returning the plane to traffic as soon as possible
  • Takes care of the efficiency of AMOS Maintenance and provides support to end users
  • Supervises and supports engineering and planning activities performed through AMOS
  • Continuously introduces into AMOS standards for jobs and procedures in order to achieve better efficiency of the work of end users
  • Ensures the development of AMOS Maintenance and allocates the resources necessary to monitor programme development

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • University degree (VII)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English – excellent, active
