In October 2013 we rebranded and became Air SERBIA, as part of an investment deal between the Government of Serbia and Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates.


Commercial and Strategy– Contact Center


  • Responds at first call to all passenger queries applying professional knowledge of booking, ticketing, re-ticketing, and refunds in Sabre and provides online booking engine support (OBE) services
  • Complies with approved customer service standards (e.g. speech quality, response to calls, e-mails, activities in the event of queues) for incoming calls across the market/function to ensure client trust, satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keeps abreast of Company products, services, policies, and procedures to ensure correct information and compliance with said process and procedures
  • Takes initiative toward continual development of professional skills
  • Achieves individual goals in terms of income and providing passenger services to support team and departmental goals
  • Supports introduction of new technologies and methods to maintain the current process and the quality improvement process
  • Ensures protection of staff and passenger data and confidential information
  • Provides online sale support
  • Identifies irregularities in the online booking system, provides solutions, and reports to relevant managers
  • Provides support to other departments as needed


  • High school diploma (III/IV)
  • Preferable 1 year of work experience, familiarity with Sabre desirable
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet)
  • Fluency in English, French or Russian language
