JOB SCOPE

• Participates in developing brand strategy on social networks and in creating procedures for communication on social networks 
• Communicates with users on social networks through private messages and comments on the company's website 
• Communicates with users on other company platforms such as forums, blogs, the official company website, SMS services 
• Participates in creating campaigns and content on Social Networks to increase positive comments and number of visits 
• Closely cooperates with relevant organizational units in the Company and ensures that they follow the generally set strategic goals for attracting and retaining clients
• Administers a large number of digital marketing activities on social networks and other channels with the aim of increasing the Company's direct revenues by attracting new customers, increasing average customer spending and increasing customer loyalty 
• Conducts appropriate procedures to measure the effectiveness of all online activities, analyses data and reports on them 
• Coordinates and prepares responses with relevant organizational units of the Company 
• Analyses and sends daily, weekly and monthly reports on the number of messages sent

 MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• College/University diploma (VI/VII) 
• At least 1 year of working experience 
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• English – excellent, active.
