JOB SCOPE

• Oversees and manages the preparation of media material in cooperation with the management and external agencies, ensuring quality and consistency of content in line with Company standards, on time delivery of material, and its compliance with the approved budget. Creates and controls all content distributed to the media and agencies.
• Manages events and interviews involving important people or the media, ensuring compliance with established protocol and the Company’s optimal presentation to the public.
• Communicates with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all vital corporate communication information is covered and aligned with Company strategies and goals.
• Ensures all written information conveys well-worded, precise messages in all published materials. Monitors the Company’s media presence and reports to management.
• Advises other departments and the management regarding communications-related matters, concerning tone, style, and content to ensure the desired standard of communication is maintained.
• Participates in prescribed special measures in crisis situations, in coordination with all competent persons, departments, and sectors. Available at all times during crisis situations and ready to provide assistance to entire crisis response team

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (VII)  
• Minimum five years work experience  
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English – excellent, active
