JOB SCOPE

• Accurate and precise monitoring and recording of all obligations and costs that the company has towards domestic suppliers and subsidiaries in the country.
• Taking care that each invoice is duly certified by the responsible person in the company, all according to the MoA, as well as the timely preparation of duly certified invoices of the Treasury for payment services.
• Cooperation on a daily basis with all cost centers and providing support in all segments related to all costs related to them.
• Accurate posting in the system in accordance with the company policies, applicable Accounting Laws and international accounting standards.
• Adherence to the deadlines prescribed for the bookkeeping closing of the month in order to accurately prepare the monthly financial reports prepared by the accounting.
• Constant contacts with domestic suppliers in order efficiently monitor liabilities.
• Preparation of documents and data for external audit.
• Regular annual and monthly adjustments with suppliers.

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school degree (IV)  
• Minimum 1 year of work experience  
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English – intermediate, active
