JOB SCOPE

• Organizes, coordinates and controls work in the assessment of working ability
• Drafts work plans for his/her organization unit
• Performs examinations to assess working ability prior to employment, systematic examinations, examinations of employees in high-risk job positions, performs prior, control, periodic, additional and targeted examinations, and examinations following termporary incapacity for work (afet sick leave)
• Participates in the drafting and revision of risk assessment document in the Company and third parties
• Monitors health, treatment and recovery between periodic control examinations and performs examinations following temporary incapacity for work (afet sick leave)
• Performs examinations within his/her field of specialization in occupational medicine to assess medical fitness of flight, cabin, authorized aviation, and technical staff
• Performs examinations within his/her field of specialization in occupational medicine, within the scope of special Civil Aviation Directorate authorizations of AMC, of Company and third party employees
• Examines employees prior to their work abroad, and instructs employees who will be working in areas with high epidemiological risk
• Analyses morbidity and absenteeism
• Monitors and plans the implementation of KME by doctors in the organizational unit

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University diploma (VII) – Faculty of Medicine - Occupational medicine specialist
• Minimum 2 years' of work experience
• State Exam passed
• Serbian Medical Chamber license
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• English – excellent, active
