Job position: Local and Foreign payments officer

WHAT WE EXPECT

Responsible for ensuring that the payment runs generated from the Accounts Payable system are loaded into the banking payment systems (e-banking) and that these payments are done completely, accurately and timely.

Responsible for ensuring that the payment generated manually into the banking payment systems (e-banking) and that these payments are done completely, accurately and timely.

Overall management of cash and bank completeness and accuracy.

Ensure adequate controls exist to ensure monies collected are banked completely and intact.

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

To become one of our new Local and Foreign payments officer

• Minimum High School level
• 1-2 years of bank front office experience would be considered as advantage
• English language – intermediate level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High computer literacy
• Relationship management with key banking accounts.
• Analyzing new and existing business practices with a goal of improving efficiencies
