Business Lounge Agent (Hostess)

JOB SCOPE

• Deliver consistently high levels of service and maintain strong and visible presence in order to ensure entire guest experience
• Plays an active role during delays and disruption liaising with Guest Response and Operations in the most effective, timely and appropriate manner
• Ensure guest complaints and/or feedback are acknowledged promptly
• Act as Air Serbia lounge ambassador providing premium services playing various roles such as receptionist, concierge, hostess and attending to all guest needs as required
• Ensure that the lounge is well maintained at all times 

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum High School degree
• Fluent in English and Serbian; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is an advantage
• Customer service or food and beverage experience in an airline, hotel or the hospitality industry
• Excellent personal presentation, style and image
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Airline and hospitality experience is desirable
