Graduate Management Development Program

The program, based in Abu Dhabi, is developed and operated by our strategic partner, Etihad Airways.

We recognize that qualified and outstanding people are the base of our success. This year we are looking for 10 ambitious young people with potential to become strong performers and leaders in airline industry.

To our graduates we are offering a two-year program and a possibility to develop in different areas of airline industry within the departments Sales or Marketing or Procurement

Upon program completion, graduates will have the opportunity to pursue their career with Air Serbia, the leading and fast growing airline company in the region.

Successful applicants must be:

• Graduates holding a Bachelor Degree or Master Diploma
• Ambitious, goal oriented, eager for success
• Fluent in English
• Computer Literate
