Social Media Officer

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a driven Social Media Officer to join our Social Media team in interaction with Air Serbia’s online communities, guests and networks users.

The goal is to build strong communities and interact with them in order to increase brand awareness, website traffic and revenue, and show the human face of the company to the world by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (status updates, tweets, photos, videos, blog posts)
  • Set up, update and optimize company pages and moderate all user-generated content within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then reporting in order to secure the improvement
  • Continuously learn and inform on social media trends and tools

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Editing skills (photo, video, text)
  • Working experience in social media, journalism or/and customer relations field would be considered an advantage
  • Positive, customer oriented attitude with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Demonstrable social analytics tools knowledge
  • Good understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels
  • Willing and able to work in shifts, including early mornings, late finishes, weekends and public holidays
