Catering Assistant Kitchen

- Performs cold meals basic preparation tasks in catering production, in line with legal framework related to the food safety, hygiene and HACCP standard.

- Follows specifications, recipes and instructions for meals packaging

- Loads  trolleys/boxes with meals according to the meal specifications

- Uses devices and tools according to guidelines given by supervisors

- Imediately informs supervisors about irregularities, equipment failures in production

- Responsible for assets and inventory used during the work activities

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS 

- High school education

- Good organizational skills
