IT Infrastructure Specialist

JOB SCOPE

• Designing, installing, and supporting Air Serbia’s computer systems
• Working with/on LANs, WANs, network segments, and internet and intranet systems
• Maintaining network hardware and software, analyzing problems, and monitoring networks to ensure their security and user availability
• Gathering data to evaluate and test a system’s performance, identifying user needs, and determining system and network requirements
• Providing support for users and training in use of hardware and software
• Working with/on SITA, server set up, and database support
• Working in multiple OS environments, mainframe and cloud systems, and storage solutions
• Establishing and maintaining VDI environment 

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree
• 2 years of experience in Infrastructure and related IT subject areas
• VMWare/CITRIX VDI and application virtualization knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent MS Office skills
