Commercial - Revenue Management Team

JOB SCOPE

  • Develop goals and objectives consistent with corporate objectives and clearly understood by all staff members on the team
  • Communicate policies and strategies to other departments to ensure their commitment to the department’s revenue goals, Inventory strategy and tactics and inventory controls
  • Track team performance through measuring and monitoring revenue performance indicators, denied boarding rates, RASK, and Yield
  • Develop broad market strategies that incorporate well coordinated inventory, Groups & pricing tactics for maximum revenue benefit
  • Work with Commercial to ensure market objectives are in alignment, and to develop remedial actions for underperforming markets
  • Coordinate with Scheduling, Sales, and other key departments to develop integrated strategic and tactical plans
  • Provide detailed performance information on a monthly basis
  • Develop goals and objectives consistent with corporate objectives and clearly understood by all staff members on the team
  • Communicate policies and strategies to other departments to ensure their commitment to the department’s revenue goals, pricing strategy and tactics and inventory controls

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Graduate with Degree in Science or Economics, Management degree (MBA) preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management with PROS RM system as a tool
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
  • Business understanding skills
  • Communication skills
  • Relationship management skills
