Revenue Integrity Analyst
Commercial - Revenue Management Team

JOB SCOPE

  • Assists in producing reports for commercial and distribution domain team leader on processes, activities, and status in resolving domain issues regarding manual message processing and queue confirmation in the system
  • Assists in identifying, examining, analysis, and determining causes of and proposing solutions for issues in the commercial and distribution domain; Communicates with customer support and other units to speed up problem resolution
  • Maintains and adjusts Sabre CSS tables within the commercial and distribution domain pertaining to manual message processing and queue confirmation in the system.
  • Performs manual message processing and determining queues in the system, including TTY rejected messages, messages regarding passive segments, Revenue Integrity messages, and other messages and requests
  • Supports the passenger and distribution system business advancement team; Participates in projects, representing the commercial and distribution domain in the area of queue processing in the system
  • Supports testing process; Assists on request the creation and control of test cases and communicates with other units in regard to testing and eliminating possible problems
  • Assists in drafting regarding commercial and distribution domain documents; Assists team leader in communication and distribution of current versions of documents to involved units

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience on similar positions
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
