JOB SCOPE

• Represents the national air carrier’s brand by providing excellent service to passengers through professional and courteous communication in direct contact with clients or as a sales team representative. Responsible for keeping the sales area tidy, clean, and corresponding to first class service.
• Performs sale of international travel documents and change for foreign airlines’ travel documents
• Performs all types of bookings for itinerary and special request
• Prepares quotes and pricing for all client types, in keeping with Air Serbia’s commercial policy
• Implements passenger flow directing in cases of combined Air Serbia-foreign carrier transport, ensuring compliance to contract.
• Monitor all changes in conditions of carriage, tariffs, and in the booking system
• Updates and monitors changes of tariffs manual, passenger and baggage conditions of carriage, and implementation of IATA and Air Serbia rules
• Performs ticket change for involuntary rerouted passengers, processes all online and telephone requests
• Monitors on a daily basis changes in tariffs, flight schedule, and passenger and baggage conditions of carriage
• Responsible for correct use and calculation in keeping with regulations for material and financial operations
• Organizes aircraft, passenger, baggage, goods and mail handling at the airport
• Control handling agent service quality
• Cooperates with airport services and authorities

 MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school degree (IV);
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• High computer literacy;
• English language – advanced level.
