Payroll coordinator

Coordination of all payroll-related matters including payroll data checking and control, as well as communication management between NCR, its employees and third parties with usage of the local language of the country involved and English. The employee is responsible for correctness and timely flow of all payroll data in compliance with local regulations and corporate polices.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

• Management and coordination of information flow among NCR, its employees and the outsourced Payroll Provider with usage of the local language of the country involved and English;

• Payroll data processing in compliance with local regulations in the field of taxes, social security and labor law;

• Remuneration disbursement;

• Responsibility for payroll-related accounts, including posting of ERP interfaces and manual journals, as well as reconciliations of these accounts;

• Responsiveness to queries from employees, managers and corporate units on the field of payroll with usage of the local language of the country involved and English;

• Cooperation with the local payroll provider company;

• Cooperation with HR of the respective country of responsibility;

• Payroll input and output processing in accordance with agreed deadlines;

• Supervision and assurance of payroll data correctness.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Fluent level of Serbian and good/working level of English languages is a must; 
• Professional experience and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR; 
• Experience in Payroll/HR will be additional benefit; 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
