In this position, you will track important business drivers and provide continuous advisory to senior management team.

 

Qualifications needed:

Master`s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, Finance, or similar. Another educational background is acceptable if a candidate is able to match the following:

IS MUST

  • Fluent in both English and at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Polish or Russian
  • Well-built presentation and organization skills
  • Finance and Accounting knowledge and experience

IS PLUS

  • 5 or more years of experience
  • Experience in multinational corporations and dynamic environment

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist PS Team Management in execution of Finance and Accounting operations of the Professional Service business
  • Report on a core set of financial, operational, and people-related metrics for key organizations within the Solution Team or Line of Business.
  • Execute of the operations on planning, forecasting and results analysis.
  • Target activities to improve productivity and profitability
  • Facilitate Team execution of Resource management (internal & external), Pricing and Bid Management, Ordering, Billing and Project execution

 

OTHER DEPARTMENTS/LEVELS OF HIERARCHY

  1. Cross-functional collaboration within the organization worldwide (Finance, Sales, Operations, Sales and Operational Planning, HR, IT) regarding processes, input to the processes, integrated planning.
  2. Communication with stakeholders per business needs, by presenting a suitable level of details (conclusions, graphical representations, trends, seasonality, random effects…) required on different levels of hierarchy, making recommendations based on knowledge built in the team, providing clarifications and supporting day to day decision making.
