TeleSales team leader - Greek language

We are looking for a TeleSales Team Leader with knowledge of the Greek language and exceptional customer support and sales skills to provide satisfaction to both the company and customers. Key activities:
  • Responsible for team leadership, as well as for the improvement of common communication through timely and accurate provision of information for the purpose of joint development;
  • Customer satisfaction by organizing a team that will provide quality information about a particular service in the appropriate time period;
  • Respecting the agreed SLA with the client;
  • Quality and timely reporting to the client;
  • Responsible for data entry and monitoring of PNL status;
  • Creates an atmosphere oriented towards open communication, trust and existence of teamwork;
  • Motivates and inspires members of his/her team;
  • Participates in meetings needed for improvement of the quality of work and services - feedbacks, challenges, lessons learned and joint challenges;
  • Creates a timetable for team members to meet customer service expectations;
  • Approves requests for free days/ absence; Keep records of working hours for the previous month;
  • Transfer of knowledge to new members of the team;

 

We are looking for: 

  • Fluency in speaking and writing of Greek language and advanced level of English language proficiency
  • High school diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role
  • Computer Skills - MS Office Suite - advanced level; 
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services, transfer knowledge to the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle a client's needs
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and team spirit 
  • Ability to create reports and present results to the high management
