TeleSales Representative - German language

We are looking for a TeleSales Representative with knowledge of the German language and exceptional customer support and sales skills to provide satisfaction to both the company and customers. Duties and responsibilities: 

1. Contact with the seller

  • Leads/contact database enrichment,
  • Leads contacting via calls, emails & videoconferences directly initiated to international companies / sellers for onboarding and start selling their products on eMAG Marketplace;
  • New seller account activation into eMAG platform;
  • Product listing for new seller accounts;
  • Sales and technical support during activation process;
  • Communication handled in seller’s native language;
  • Accurate registration of all interactions into CRM and eMAG platform, according to eMAG work instructions;
  • Fulfilment of pre-agreed targets / KPIs

2. Escalating cases

  • Escalating urgent cases to Team Coordinator and/or Contact Center Manager;
  • Regular monitoring of the case status;
  • Providing feedback to the customer regarding his/her escalation;

 3. Other          

  • Provides timely and quality reporting to the Team Coordinator and/or Contact Center Manager on the activities and work processes;
  • Provides support for continuous improvement of the process;
  • Regular exchange of information with the team for the purpose of joint development;
  • Other business activities that may be assigned to him/ her by the Company, if necessary.

 

We are looking for: 

  • Fluency in speaking and writing of German language and intermediate level of English language proficiency
  • High school diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Windows OS
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and team spirit
