Technical consultant - French language

Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical services and processes in multiple NCR software applications to meet client needs. The position involves daily interaction with clients and team members in French and English to execute service delivery and to address any issues and concerns. 



  • Configuration services using Configuration Center and NBO for NCR’s Aloha product suite, including Aloha Quick Service, Aloha Table Service and Menu Link.
  • Execute configuration changes to Aloha products in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Execute configuration changes to Configuration Center and NBO software in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to clients and team members with respect to their given Aloha solution, its configuration, and its implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain responsibility for the execution of project plans.
  • Identify areas for internal process improvement.



  • BS/BA preferred from IT field
  • 2 – 3 years of business-related experience
  • Experience in database management or similar IT job roles is desirable
  • Strong written and oral French and English language communication skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
