  • Work closely with other members of the NCR Services Technology Deployment team to implement a unified solution for the customer
  • Coordination of internal and external resources to deploy or upgrade Customer Interfaces; manage multiple customer implementations at one time
  • Gather, define and document system/tool business requirements for the customer and ensure they align with internal workflow and processes
  • Works on multiple projects or a project with global scope; Owns the overall management of the project, coordinating resources across organizations and managing to timeline; Manages all phases of a project
  • Accountable for successful deployment of global services processes and related infrastructure
  • Conduct testing, develop test cases, and deliver training, if necessary. Coordinate internal testing sessions with the appropriate team members, as well as coordinate testing with external customers.
  • Project Management – identify tasks, durations and follow up that tasks completed to ensure customer interface implementations are meeting agreed upon timelines.  Proactively escalate where needed.
  • Partners with key Services Account Team members, various IT teams and internal business teams; Ensures that requirements and designs support the needs of the customer as well as internal systems and teams;
  • Our customer onboarding organization works very closely with various IT Services organizations to perform global systems integrations with Services related systems like Oracle ES, the new Remedy 9 tool (NEOS), and interfaces to the customers’ ticketing system.



Bachelor’s Degree

2 - 5 years of related experience

Understanding of Global Services processes and systems

Strong analysis and design skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
