  • Responding to clients inquiries
  • Answering phone calls, handling chat sessions and resolving support tickets
  • Recording customer interactions and profile/account changes
  • Providing assistance to other team members
  • Reporting most repetitive cases to superiors
  • Escalating cases to other departments when needed

What we expect from you: 

  • Minimum High school diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, good speaking and writing skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability of proper business communication with colleagues
  • Ability to empathize
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Wilingness to work flexible shifts
