We are looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language, good speaking and writing skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responding to clients inquiries
  • Answering phone calls, handling chat sessions and resolving support tickets
  • Recording customer interactions and profile/account changes
  • Providing assistance to other team members
  • Reporting most repetitive cases to superiors
  • Escalating cases to other departments when needed

 

There is no need for previous experience with cryptocurrencies or similar jobs, as long as you are ready to learn and have fun during that process!
