Implementation Coordinator UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project and/or Implementation manager for day to day project and account management
  • Manage and oversee the planning and deployment of HW/SW
  • Ensure required technical and procedural requirements are met and maintained
  • Establishing procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and escalation between the customer and internal teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the client via mail and/or call
  • Effective follow up with various teams, both external and internal
  • Prepare correspondence letters, emails, etc. and assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Maintain records and documents, capture and organize information. Produce project reports

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school (University degree is a bonus) with at least 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Good time management with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work from home (position specific)
  • Ready to work flexible working hours (day/night)
