We are looking for:

•High School Diploma - IV level of education (SSS) 
•Advanced knowledge of English and Italian language
•Experience in similar jobs
•Computer skills (especially knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel)

Duties and responsibilities:

•Installation Coordinator manages delivery and installation of NCR, customer procured and third-party products and services for NCR’s customers.
•Other responsibilities include (not limited to) providing services such as upgrades to equipment, redeployment, and site preparation services.
•Provides project management services, customer single point of contact, vendor single point of contact, management reporting, billing, subject matter expert, etc.
•In cases where NCR has appointed person for project management, IC is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery and installation of the contracted services and equipment.
•IC utilizes standard processes and tools to ensure that each customer site/project is delivered and installed on time and complete to meet the customer’s expectations and in accordance with the documented scope of work
•View ERP Order information and status
•Manage tasks
•Project Rollout functionality (action items, reports, etc.)
•Submit Requests for Service
